PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.
Orders placed during holidays will ship the next business day.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our expedited shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.
MISSING ORDER
If you're missing items from your package, please contact us within 3 days of the shipment delivery date.
TRACKING MY ORDER
Once your package ships, we will notify you by email providing you with the tracking information. Click on the tracking link that appears in your email to track its journey to you. You will be notified when the package is delivered at the destination.
